Your label, designed around your day. Names and a date, a monogram, your wedding crest, or something else entirely. We'll help you design the perfect label, and you'll receive a proof before we print.

Pick a scent that means something. Choose from over 200 fragrances, all held to the same quality standards as the scents you see on our product pages. The dessert from your first date. The city where you got engaged. The place you go for breakfast every Sunday. Tell us the memory and we'll help you find the scent.

Or choose a fragrance blended from scratch. If nothing existing is quite right, we'll develop an original scent for your wedding and burn test it until it is. $150 one-time development fee, at any order size.

Packaging. Every candle comes in our standard Sugarspell box, ready to set at a place setting. If you're envisioning gift bags, ribbon, or hangtags, we're happy to source and quote it for you.

Most mass-market candles are made with paraffin and fragrance loaded with phthalates. Ours aren't, which is just one reason why our customers choose us.

How it works

  • 1. Tell us what you need.

    Fill out the form below with your quantity, your date, and anything you already know about what you want. We'll come back with pricing and scent recommendations.

  • 2. Pick your scent and approve your label.

    We'll send label proofs for your approval. Nothing goes into production until you've signed off.

  • 3. We source and pour.

    We order fragrance specifically for your batch, then hand-pour, cure, label and pack every candle. This is the part that takes time, and one of the reasons our couples choose us. Each one is poured with a lot of love.

  • 4. Delivery or pickup.

    Orders up to 50 candles can ship anywhere in the US. For larger orders we can arrange delivery or pickup throughout Orange County, which means your favors arrive together, intact, and on the schedule you need.

Timeline: 6 weeks for 25 to 100 candles, 8 weeks for 101 to 200, 10 weeks for 201 to 300. That's from the day your scent and label are approved, so we recommend reaching out three to four months before your wedding to ensure plenty of time.

How many favors should I order?

Most couples order one per guest rather than one per household, plus about 10% extra for last-minute additions and the occasional broken jar. If your guest list is 120, order 135.

What's your minimum order?

Twenty-five candles, which also works beautifully for a bridal shower or a wedding party gift on its own.

How far in advance should I order?

Three to four months before your wedding is comfortable. We need 6 to 10 weeks for production depending on quantity, plus about a week for scent selection and label approval. Earlier is always better, especially for spring and fall weddings.

Why does it take that long?

Because good things take a little time! We make your candles just for you, from start to finish. We order the fragrance for your specific batch, then pour, cure, label and pack every candle by hand.

Can you make a scent that isn't on your site?

Yes, and usually at no extra cost. Our lineup is what we've launched, but not the limit of what we can make. You'll have over 200 fragrances to choose from, all held to the same quality standards, and we'll help you narrow it down. If nothing existing fits, we'll blend something original for a $150 development fee.

Can you print our names and wedding date on the label?

Yes, and it's included in the price. Names and a date, a monogram, a crest, or something else entirely. We'll help you design the label, send you a proof, and print it only after you approve.

What size are the candles?

5.3oz is our standard, with a burn time of 35+ hours. That's weeks of use rather than a single evening, so your favor stays in the room long after the wedding. if you have a different size in mind, please reach out to discuss options.

Can I choose different scents for different tables or people?

You can, and we'd recommend keeping it to two or three scents whatever the order size. It keeps your labels consistent, makes the ordering simpler, and still gives your guests a choice. Tell us what you're picturing and we'll talk it through.

Do you offer delivery and pickup in Orange County?

Yes, and for orders over 50 candles it's the way we prefer to do it. Everything arrives together, with no worries about shipping carriers dropping boxes.

Are these candles safe for guests with allergies or sensitivities?

Our candles are 100% soy with cotton wicks and phthalate-free, Prop 65 compliant fragrance oils. If sensitivity is a concern for your group, ask us and we'll point you toward our lighter scents.
