Where We Ship From
All Sugarspell orders are packed with care and ship from Irvine, California.
Domestic Shipping Methods (US)
We ship with USPS and UPS. Once your order has left our studio, Sugarspell Candle Co. can’t be held responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages—but we always want you to have the best possible experience with us!
If you experience any issues, we recommend first contacting the carrier assigned to your order for assistance. If they’re unable to help, please reach out to us at hello@sugarspellcandleco.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation.
International Shipping Methods (Canada)
We’re excited to offer shipping to our neighbors up north via DHL and UPS! At this time, Sugarspell Candle Co. does not collect Canadian duties, taxes, or customs fees at checkout. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import fees upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
As a very small business, we appreciate your patience. Orders will generally ship within 2 business days of placement, pending payment authorization and verification. During busy times (like product launches, sales, or holiday rush), processing may take a little longer.
Tracking and Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 1 day to update. Please check the courier websites for any delivery delays.
Sugarspell Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please check around your delivery area, ask neighbors, or contact the shipping carrier. If you’re still having trouble, email us at hello@sugarspellcandleco.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. However, please note that USPS does not offer a signature option for P.O. boxes, and the customer assumes the liability of shipping without one.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard USPS and UPS ground shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after the package leaves our studio. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier’s schedule. Please check the USPS or UPS websites for any known delays or holiday exclusions.
