Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Sugarspell candles, so if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help! Below are the details on how to request a return, exchange, or refund.
Eligibility
You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. If you’re experiencing any issues, just send us a note at hello@sugarspellcandleco.com and we’ll do our best to help you troubleshoot.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it (unburned and in its original packaging). Please have your order number, confirmation email, or receipt handy.
As a tiny but mighty small business, we aren’t able to cover return shipping costs at this time—you’ll need to pay for your return shipping.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@sugarspellcandleco.com to begin the return process. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions.

Please don’t send items back without reaching out first—we want to make sure everything goes smoothly! Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be refunded.
We also recommend using a trackable shipping method or adding shipping insurance since we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect each order before it ships, but if you notice damage, defects, or the wrong item, please contact us right away at hello@sugarspellcandleco.com.

Used or burned candles, sale items, gift cards
Exchanges
Want something different? The quickest way is to place a new order for the item you want, and then request a return for the original item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, you’ll see a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Keep in mind your bank or card issuer may need a little extra time to process it.)
